The London Tower is excessively warm for the neighborhood.

After light reflecting off the façade of the building appears as a melting car park, designers of one of London's most recognized contemporary skyscrapers are exploring modifications to their design. Several automobile owners are dissatisfied with the status of their vehicles. He stated the light blowing out of the home, known as "Walkie Talkie," twisted the panels of Jaguar Martin Lindsay. suppliers

In a joint declaration, Land Securities and Canary Wharf stated, "We take the question of light from 20 Fenchurch Street seriously and prioritize it."

The risk of skyscraper reflection is not a new problem. Museum Tower developers in Dallas have had a long-term dispute with people in the vicinity, notably the Nasher Sculpture Center, over the tower.

Visitors to the Las Vegas Vdara hotel claimed in 2010 that the "death ray" of the tower was strong enough to melt plastic bags.

Rafael Violy created the Walkie Talkie with a glass façade and a unique high heavy form which reflects downwards sunlight.

"The present sunrise in the sky creates the phenomena," stated Land Securities and Canary Wharf. "This lasts around two hours a day, with early modeling showing that it is two to three weeks long."

The developers claimed that parking was suspended in numerous places while examining the situation. One option is to put a blinding cover on the windows.

"As responsible developers, we do all we can to keep local companies up to date and have communicated with them often since the situation initially emerged," the developers stated.

The developers announced the building to be half-leased in July.

In Europe, the brand of the hostel is growing.

The European hostel operator Generator Hostels expands its European portfolio with additional facilities in Paris and Rome to be opened in 2014.

The business, which claims to be "not your typical, daily-style hostel," offers tourists seeking to visit key destinations of Europe for a fraction of the price. Generator, based in London, has developed in less than three years from two to 10 residences.

According to a statement from the firm, the facility in Paris is the largest company to date with 950 beds.

Carl Michel, Chief Executive Officer of Generator stated in a statement, "We truly think that the design based vision of Generator raises the bar for the hospitality sector and makes style more accessible and affordable for young travelers."

Generator plans to grow to 15 sites by 2015 with an extra €150 million investment from Patron Capital, the pan-European private equity company supporting the brand hostel.

Generator Paris will contain dormitories, private workplaces and luxury penthouse residences built by the Design agency.

The 80-room Generator Rome is a 7-story 3,900 sq.m. facility with a 405-sq.m rooftop patio that accommodates up to 264 guests.

For an in-suite dorm, rates start in both locations at €12 per person per night. Private in-suite rooms are available for shared use for two persons for €25 per person per night.

One of the newest hostel sites is Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, Hamburg, London and Venice.
